Walk to Prevent Suicide
The Out of the Darkness Community Walks are 3-5 mile walks taking place in over 200 communities across the country this fall, with the proceeds benefitting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). By walking in the Out of the Darkness Community Walks, you will be walking with thousands of other walkers nationwide to raise money for AFSP's vital research and education programs to prevent suicide and save lives, increase national awareness about depression and suicide and provide support for survivors of suicide loss. 1st Annual Moore Fashion 4 Food
This charitible fashion show will raise money to assist the Regioanal Food Bank in filling much needed food for starving children in the Moore community. After a child is identified as not receiving food in their homes a backpack is supplied for each child in the household. This backback contains nutritional items that will not spoil and are child friendly, allowing the child easy acess to open each container. This event will include lunch and many guest speakers. American Diabetes Association's Step Out
Step Out is the premiere walk even in Oklahoma City dedicated to finding a cure for diabetes. Take a "Walk on the Wild Side" and Step Out to Fight Diabetes at the scenic Oklahoma City Zoo. The fundraising minimum is $25, and you receive admission to the Zoo for the remainder of the day!

Creativity World Forum
The Creativity World Forum (CWF) is an annual event of the international network "Districts of Creativity". This international network of delegates consists of 12 regions of the world that have been working together in the field of creative innovation policies since 2004. This annual forum brings together approximately 1500 entrepreneurs, business leaders, technology experts, educators, scientists, artists, students and policy makers from around the world to learn from experts, exchange ideas and experiences, network and be inspired to further creativity in their respective regions.
