MAGIC 104.1’S LOYAL LISTENER CLUB RULES & REGULATIONS

Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be 18 years or older. Employees of Renda Broadcasting or other radio stations in the Oklahoma City area and their respective affiliated companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of each are ineligible.

2. MAGIC 104.1 may require proof of age, identification and/or social security number prior to delivering a prize.

How to Enter

3. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. To join the MAGIC 104.1 LOYAL LISTENER CLUB and be entered into this contest join by either: going to www.magic104.com and click on the LOYAL LISTENER CLUB logo and provide your first and last name, gender, birth date, email address, city, state and zip code; or mailing a postcard with your first and last name, gender, birth date, email address, city, state and zip code to MAGIC 104.1 LOYAL LISTENER CLUB, PO Box 14818, OKC, OK 73113.

5. Incomplete or illegible entries or registrations may be disqualified.

How to Win

6. MAGIC 104.1 will randomly select one lucky club member to win $1,000.00 on Friday, November 19th.

7. The $1,000.00 will be paid to the lucky club member on Monday, November 22nd.

Other Rules

8. Membership registrations or entries that are determined by Station Management to be fraudulent, incomplete, illegible or duplicates will be void and the person making such an entry barred from further participation.

9. All entries and registrations become the property of MAGIC 104.1 and will not be acknowledged or returned.

10. MAGIC 104.1 cannot be held liable for (a) any lost or stolen membership entries or registrations, prizes or contest information, (b) any attempted registration or award claim that are misdirected, lost, disconnected, not fully received, illegible or inaudible, nor (c) any technical malfunction related to any computer network, software, internet access, ISP's, servers, routers, or any other technical problem that may impact registration or prize claim including, without limitation, any internet telephone call connections, fax transmission or telephone calls. MAGIC 104.1 and its sponsors are not responsible for printing errors.

11. By participating in this contest, each entrant hereby consents to MAGIC 104.1 and its sponsors using the contestant’s name, voice, likeness, biographical information, hometown, his/her participation in the contest, and the substance of the contestant’s entry (in whole or in part) for on-air broadcast and for advertising and promotional purposes. Entrant agrees that no additional compensation will be paid for such usage.

12. MAGIC 104.1 reserves the right to make rules, contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates. MAGIC 104.1 shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the contest and the interpretation of the contest rules. The decisions of MAGIC 104.1 shall be final. MAGIC 104.1 reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time without prior notification.

13. Entry into MAGIC 104.1 contests and membership in the MAGIC 104.1 LOYAL LISTENER CLUB constitutes agreement to abide by these rules, as well as any other specific contest rules established by MAGIC 104.1. These contest rules supercede, to the extent only of any conflict, any applicable general contest rules of MAGIC 104.1.

15. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
