12 oz jar orange marmalade 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1 tsp ground ginger 1/3 tsp ground cloves 3 lb. fully cooked boneless ham, cut into 3/8 inch thick slices
In a shallow, non metal container, combine all ingredients except ham; mix well. Add ham slices, turning to cover both sides. Cover, refrigerate 3 hours.
When ready to grill, drain marinade and set aside. Place ham on grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals; cook 10-12 minutes, turning once and brushing with marinade. 10 servings.
This recipe works well with both pork ham or turkey ham.
