Caramel Chex Delight

1 box of corn chex

1 box of rice chex

1 box of crispix

1 pound bag of pretzel twists

1 pount of nuts, I prefer pecans

Mix all of these together in large tinfoil roasting pans

Then mix the following:

1 pound of real butter

2 pounds of brown sugar

1 tablespoon of vanilla

Bring these ingredients to a boil in a sauce pan and boil for five minutes. Pour this over the cereal mixture and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.

This recipe makes 2 gallons of sweet heavenly snack mix. You will love it!!!!
