Sausage Parmesan Magic in Minutes
All you need (for 2 servings) is:
= 2 fresh sausages from your local grocery store's butcher block
(my favorites are Chicken Apple Sausage and Mild Italian Pork Sausage, but if you like it spicy, try the Jalapeno Sausage in chicken or pork)
= 1 can (14.5 oz) Red Gold Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano = 1 can (15 oz) Tomato Sauce
= half cup grated Parmasan cheese
Save the cheese but combine the rest in a baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
Sprinkle the cheese on top and broil for an additional 10 minutes
And there you have it!
It makes a great breakfast and an even better dinner!
