2 cups Rolled O ats
1 cup Flour
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
6 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 cup No-calorie Sweetener (or 12 packets of Sweet-N-Low)
1 stick Butter Melted
2 cups Jam - regualr or sugar free - whatever your favorite is - or half & half
Preheat oven to 325. Spray a 9 X 12 pan with Non-Stick Baking Spray. Combine the first 7 indgredients in medium bowl. With an electric mixer, mix until a coarse crumb forms. Spread 2/3 of the crumb mixture in your prepared pan. Press into pan to form a solid layer. Loosely sprinkle the remaining 1/3 of the crumb mix on top of the jam & LIGHTLY press into jam.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool Completely. Cut into 15 squares.
