1 Pound Hamburger
6 Large Potatoes
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup American Cheese (or your choice)
1 Can Biscuits
1/2 Small Onion
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Brown Hamburger meat. Peel 6 Large potatoes, in 6 Qt. Duch oven cut potatoes to be boiled. Put just enough water in pot to cover potatoes. Chop up 1/2 small onion & place in pot, salt & pepper to taste. Cook potatoes & onion on stove top till done. Drain water, add Hamburger meat, can Cream of Mushroom soup, continue to cook til soup is done. Turn off heat place 1 cup American cheese on top then place biscuits on top & place in oven for 25 minutes @ 350 or til biscuits are done. Sever & enjoy!
