Steak Eze Sirloin Philly Steaks
Diced Onions
Diced Bell Peppers
Cilantro
Lime
Corn Tortillas
Chopped Garlic
Cumin Powder
Garlic Salt
Olive Oil
Cook the Steak Eze according to directions. While cooking add about 1 tbs of chopped garlic, a handful of Cumin powder & 1 tsp of garlic salt. Once it's cooked set aside. Pour some Olive Oil into a pan (about 1.5 tbs) & add the bell peppers & onions. Cook for about two minutes. You do not want them to get soft. Then add in the Cilantro (how ever much you like) & cook until it looks soft & wet. Warm up your tortillas. To server place a tortilla on a plate, add the meat & then the veggie mixture. Then take a lime & squeeze some juice on your taco. If you'd like to spice it up add some jalapeno peppers to the veggie mix or hot sauce.
