4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup prepared Italian dressing
4 Pineapple rings
4 slices of tomato
4 slices of romano or mozzarella cheese
1 avacado, thinly sliced
salt & pepper to taste
Marinate the chicken breasts for 30 minutes in Italian dressing. Fire up the grill, & grill the chicken breasts until done. Before removing them from the grill, place 1 slice of tomato, pineapple ring & cheese on top, leaving on the grill just long enough for the cheese to melt. Remove chicken from the grill & top with avacado slices. DELICIOUS!
PS: This dish won my heart when my late husband was courting me & fixed it for me to make an impression. It did the trick!
