SQUASH SOUP
1 tomato,
1 yellow squash,
1 zucchini,
1/2 small onion,
1 tsp. chicken broth granules,
1 tsp. beef broth granules,
1 tsp. minced garlic,
1 can chopped green chiles,
1 Tbls. flour,
and from a jar of pickled jalapeno peppers chop 3 slices.
Cut all vegetables into small pieces and place in sauce pan. Just cover with water. Add all other ingredients. Simmer until tender. (Any type of squash can be used.)
