Take about 20-40 jalepenos (depending on the size of the party.)
Rinse, hollow, and half the jalepenos.
Fill halves with cream cheese.
Top with some crispy bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Cook on a piece of foil on the grill until cheese is lightly browned.
