1 Spice Cake Mix

1 can packed pumpkin (not the pie mix)

1 egg

Mix all together, batter will be very thick. I use a pastry cutter in the beginning until all is moist.

Spoon into muffin pan (12)

Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. (toothpick comes out clean)

Delicious for breakfast with a dab of butter. Even kids and hubby will love. Yummy
