Ashtyn's CHEESY Cheese Soup:



4- Chicken Bouillon cubes


2 1/2 cups- Southern Style Hash Browns


1 cup- finely chopped onion


1 (20 oz) pkg. of frozen mixed veggies


1 cup- finely chopped celery


2 cans- Cream of Chicken Soup


1 qt- water


1 lb- Velveeta


Measure into large saucepan: The cubes, onions, celery, and water. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Add potatoes and veggies. Cook intil tender, about 20 minutes. Add chicken soup and cheese. Stir until cheese melts...and YUM!
