1 1/4 cup Keebler Chips Deluxe Rainbow Bite Size cookies
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened*
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tub (8 oz.) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 Keebler Ready Crust Graham Pie Crust
Red, white and blue sprinkles
Chop cookies. Set aside. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and lemon juice. Beat until combined. Fold in cookies and whipped topping. Spread in crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set. Garnish with sprinkles. Store in refrigerator.
