Day 5 of Where In The State Is The Magic Man 2009
Posted 5/8/2009 9:00:00 AM
Here it is, already the last day of 2009's WITS trip.  I'm typing to you this morning from The Maverick Hotel in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.  Man is this place DA BOMB!  Bob & Cherie Trousdale, the owners, say The Maverick Hotel is the smallest hotel in America.  It may be small, but MAN it ROCKS!  See more for yourself @
Getting here was a blast, cause we stopped @ some really cool places.  Just check this out & I'm sure you'll want to stop by some of these MAGICAL spots.  Our first stop was in Pauls Valley @ the Toy & Action Figure Museum.  This place will bring back those great childhood memories of what we used to do before video games.  Check this place out @ Trust me, no matter what your age, this place is well worth the stop.  In fact if you drop by be sure to tell Josh Kraft that Magic Man says howdy.  After we saw the toys we went to play @ Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum.  This is a place where I don't care how old you are you'll have a great time.  Find out @   From there we went out to Quail Ridge Hunting & Sporting Clays to do some sporting clay shotting.  Dave Martin & certified sporting clay instructor Jim Thomas gave us some basic instruction, gave us our ear protection & off to the course we went. @ the wobble trape area we found out alot about Joan, she's left-eyed (right handed). See, explains alot about Joan.  :)  See all you want to see about Quail Ridge @  Finally, it was dinner @ Zocalo Mexican restaurant & then we did the dessert thing @ Honeysuckle Garden Special Events Center.
This year has been an absolute BLAST & Joan & I are already talking about WITS 2010.  Hope you've had as much fun following us here on the Magic Blogs & on Joan's Oklahoma Today Blogs as we've had doing them.  Let us know your thoughts & we'll try to do it again next year.  Have a great weekend & I'll be back in studio Monday morning.
