The Vault

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
No Purchase Necessary. Void Where Prohibited.
Prizes will be divided and distributed at the complete discretion of Renda Broadcasting.

ELIGIBILITY
a. The contest is open to KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC listeners who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the total survey area as defined by Oklahoma City Arbitron Radio Market Report. Employees of KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC, its license, Renda Broadcasting, their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the total survey area as defined by Oklahoma City Arbitron Market report area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other person residing within the same household. Listeners are eligible to win The Vault Instant Qualifiers once every thirty days and are able to win The Vault Grand Prize once. Only one entry per individual is allowed, even if the same individual gets qualified more than once.

b. Participants in the contest must possess valid government issued photo identification.

c. To register online, contestants must enter their complete first and last name, email address, address with city and zip code, telephone number, date of birth.

HOW TO WIN
a. On-air participation in KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC’s “The Vault” contest will begin weekdays starting on Monday, January 16, 2012, and will end on Thursday March 29, 2012.

Winners Announced:
Instant Qualifiers: Throughout each weekday 6:00am to 7:00pm
Live on Location Broadcast Qualifiers: Throughout Promotion, January 16, 2012 through March 29, 2012. Prizes: February 2nd, February 23rd, March 8th, and March 29th.

b. To qualify for an opportunity to open The Vault, contestants can go to any station vault appearance and register for the The Vault. Listeners can also register on the KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC websites for an opportunity to open The Vault. Contestants will only be allowed one registration per person. Multiple entries by the same person will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification.

c. Each weekday, three times per day, between 6:00am and 7:00pm KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC will qualify listeners for an opportunity to open The Vault. KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC is not responsible for any lost, disconnected, dropped, misdirected or incomplete telephone calls. KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC is also not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outages, or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. Contestants may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the station.

d. All listeners who have qualified to open The Vault, must be present to win

All registered listeners need to be checked in 30 minutes before the designated drawing time, and at that time a drawing will be done randomly. Each time a key is drawn, the Renda representative will try the listener’s key. Once one Vault has been opened the first time, the listener will be able to have their choice of the contents of The Vault. Once the prize is selected, it will be locked again and all remaining listeners will be able to only try their key until The Vault is opened again. The listeners who have key that opens The Vault will win one of its contents.

HOW TO REDEEM
a. Any contestant who has qualified to open The Vault, at A Vault Appearance, On The Air or Online must be present to win a Grand Prize.

b. Listeners must reregister for each one of The Vault openings. If you were qualified in the February 2nd Vault opening, you are not qualified for the remainder. Listeners will need to register for each of The Vault Openings.

c. Listeners must fill out appropriate paperwork prior to receiving their prize. Once an individual has qualified, they can stop by the KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC Studios located at 400 East Britton Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73114, in person to pick up their prize. Persons other than the identified winner will not be able to claim the prize without prior permission of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
a. No cash alternative or substitution of any prize will be provided. All taxes (including, without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes) on or connected with any prize, and the reporting consequences thereof, are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the respective winner. If required by law, KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC reserves the right to withhold and remit to the appropriate taxing authorities the amount of any tax or taxes due.

b. Cash Payments: Proper Documentation will need to be filled out prior to a check being cut to the winner. Each cash winner should allow one week to get their check.

c. Renda Broadcasting, its agency, and representatives shall not be liable for any claim, injury or damage from any contest or prize awarded in this contest.

VERIFICATION
All winners will be subject to a verification check. All winners must provide proper identification cards, or a valid driver’s license, and submit social security number to receive their prize. The winner must appear in person to redeem the prize or give prior authorization for someone else to pick up the prize for them.

GOVERNING LAW
ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION, AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR REVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAW.

CONDITIONS
a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to complete a prize receipt and release form and may be required to complete a W9 taxpayer identification form. Failure or refusal to execute the release will result in the winner forfeiting the prize. By participating in the contest, winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

b. KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

c. KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the contest rules and dates at any time for any reason. Material modifications shall be announced on-air, when practical. By participating in this contest, listeners agree to be bound by these contest rules, any modification thereof, and by all other rules imposed by Station Management. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the station, any event associated with this contest or the prize is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

d. KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.

All requests must be received by April 2nd, 2012. A list of prizewinners will be available no sooner than one month after the contest has aired. The winner list will be mailed when the contest is officially over and prizes are verified and awarded.

ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning are based on the number of phone calls or entries received. KOMA / KMGL / KRXO / KOKC is not responsible for failure of any caller to successfully dial the radio station, any callers who may be disconnected, or for any entries lost in the mail.

*** Oklahoma City University “VAULT” Graduate or Undergraduate Degree*

(1) Graduate or Undergraduate degree from Oklahoma City University.
Oklahoma City University Graduate or Undergraduate degree is a 100% tuition scholarship minus available grants for up to 8 semesters of tuition. This scholarship does not include books or fees. The nominee will need to meet with a Financial Aid Officer concerning grants available to Oklahoma City University students. These grants may cover a portion of the tuition, and providing the information requested by Financial Aid determines the availability of the scholarship to the nominee. Oklahoma City University will provide the other amounts. Failure to provide the information necessary to qualify for the maximum of grant aid available will result in this scholarship being voided. This scholarship must be redeemed within two years of admission to the university. A lapse in attendance will mean forfeiture of the scholarship.

Winners of this scholarship will receive a letter from Oklahoma City University’s Vice President for Academic Affairs and this letter must be presented at the time of application. This scholarship is transferable only to winner’s children or grand children who must meet entrance requirements and must meet requirements stated above and can only be used at Oklahoma City University.

Scholarship Guidelines
1. Minimum Admission Requirements:

• Incoming Freshmen – must have a minimum of an unweighted 3.0 cumulative GPA and a 22 ACT or 1020 SAT (excluding the writing portion).

• Transfer Student - must have minimum of 2.0 and be in good standing from a regionally accredited university and must meet all Oklahoma City University requirements. If students have fewer than 29 hours then they will need to submit HS transcripts and ACT/SAT scores.

• Current Oklahoma City University Student – 3.0 cumulative GPA for completed college courses

• Graduate Student – All students holding bachelor’s degrees form regionally accredited colleges or universities and meeting the criteria indicating high potential to succeed in graduate-level work. Please see the Academic Degree Programs section in the graduate catalog for specific admissions information.

2. A clean record, other than minor traffic violations, with both law enforcement and high school or college student conduct office

3. Official application to Oklahoma City University, meeting all admissions requirements, including minimum testing standards as stated in the Oklahoma City University Catalog.

4. Legal Oklahoma resident status.

* Oklahoma City University Law School is not available for this scholarship.
